Projects The 2023/2024 HOA board is excited to begin several projects that will benefit all homeowners here at Rock Mountain Lakes. Boat landing repairs has begun on several of the boat launches to make sure boaters have a safer launch. Water will be added to the pavilion in the spring of 2024. Big Lake dam repair has begun where a small leak was located. Our lake management company is currently reviewing and working to make sure the lake ecosystem is thriving.
